The Agricultural Farm

A basic feature of the economic activity is the free-range cattle farming method utilised on the farm. The milk is directly processed by our dairy farm for the production of a top quality Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

The agricultural farm is involved with all the stages, from the cultivation of the fodder (hay) to cattle breeding, from the milking processes to the transformation of the milk.

The cultivation of tomatoes is also practised, (as it is a typical vegetable of this zone), and then sent to various factories to be tinned.
